Other Nearby Contractors
We believe we could implicitly trust a New York City interior designer who can draw: such as Kati Curtis of Nirmada Interior Architecture & Design. Here’s an interior designer who’s also an artist and a painter, able to present designs through hand drawings and computer sketches.
What is actually so trustworthy about this is that it reflects a healthy combination of technology and good old tradition. And that’s not to say that the interior designs themselves look old – rather, they’re completely modern. And, as Curtis is an Energy Efficient Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), they’re sustainable, too.
Nirmada Interior Architecture & Design operates according to a process that’s reminiscent of that used by general contractors, including recommendations for suppliers and manufacturers, team management and environmentally-conscious product selection. There’s also part of it that’s pure design: “protect your personal space,” “guard your privacy” and “treat you like a close friend or family member.”

I have heard of Kati's work before and I will save her contact information in our database. Myself as well as our clients are always looking for resources like this. She certainly seems to have the credentials! A lot our clients do rehab loans, so we will refer her out when we can. Thanks, Matt
